Internationale Winter-Akademie

“Doing business with German Mittelstand” ist das Thema unserer Internationalen Winter-Akademie. Das offene DMAN-Seminar für Führungskräfte aus aller Welt findet vom 27. November bis 3. Dezember 2016 in Celle statt. Seminarsprache ist Englisch.

Internationally, the German “Mittelstand” is regarded as the embodiment of quality, efficiency and innovation. But what is the secret of success of the German SMBs that account for more than 95% of the German economy? And how can foreign business partners cooperate successfully with these companies?

DMAN explains their success principles – in a one-week seminar for young managers from different countries. The qualification programme targets a multinational English-speaking audience. Participants will be invited from China, India, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia, the ASEAN region and other countries. The seminar will take place in Celle from 27 November to 3 December 2016.

In interactive trainings, the participating managers will get to know the latest management techniques. During company visits at German SMBs, they will see best practice examples of corporate governance and become acquainted with the German business culture. They will benefit from the experience exchange with their German peers and be able to initiate valuable business contacts.

During the International Winter Academy, the managers will spend six days in a unique multicultural environment. Joint meals and social evenings in the historic town of Celle will strengthen their intercultural competence and offer many opportunities to initiate cross-national business relations.

As the programme will be run in English, very good language skills are essential. The one-week programme splits into equal parts of seminar work and company visits. Detailed information including the full agenda and the terms & conditions can be found in this seminar description.

We look forward to welcoming you in Celle.
